A winter elopement in St Ives, Cornwall

On a slightly cold November morning I travelled down to St Ives in Cornwall to meet up with Verity and Michael and shoot my first ever elopement. I was so excited to get to be a part of such a special occasion and felt very honoured to be their photographer. For the uninitiated, an elopement is basically when two people get married on their own, with just a witness or two to tick the legal boxes.
